Night Detox Drink for Weight Loss

Hi,missed you ,today we will make Detox drink for weight loss that you can drink at night before going to sleep and in the morning too before breakfast.
Let's see what we gonna need:
  • Hot water(1 cup)
  • Raw honey(1 teaspoon)
  • Ground cinnamon(1 teaspoon)
  • Apple cider vinegar(2 teaspoons)
  • lemon juice(2 tablespoons)

We gonna mix all the ingredients in the hot water gradually and stir very well until all the ingredients are dissolved, especially the cinnamon.

The apple cider vinegar has great advantages,,,,it suppresses the appetite,promotes metabolism and speeds up the digestive  process.

Use this apple cider vinegar detox drink on an empty stomach every morning and also before going to sleep. You’ll remove all the extra fat, flush out toxins and lose pounds.

As for me i tried that detox drink for 3 months,and surprisingly it made me lose 8 kg and that was great to me,,by the way if you are doing fitness exercises with this drink you can lose up to 20 kg in 3 months.
